Betty McCleskey Myers

Born in 1947, Betty McCleskey Myers grew up in Marietta. She attended Lemon Street Elementary School and Lemon Street High School, where she earned the “Miss Lemon Street” title in her senior year. After graduation, Myers served in the Women’s Job Corps in Omaha, Nebraska. She later returned to Marietta and worked for John Hancock Insurance, the Marietta Housing Authority, and Lockheed.
