    Description
    Letter dated 1787 from William Parson to Alexander Dalrymple about a flood that occurred on the Coromandel coast - the southeastern coast region of the Indian subcontinent. Alexander Dalrymple served as the hydrographer for the East India Company during the late eighteenth century.
