dc.description	The first article in this newspaper deals with age requirements in the newly proposed US Constitution. Discussion of the Constitution continues throughout the newspaper, including a song on the final page. Additionally, an article on page three notes that the Marquis de Lafayette intended to visit the US, but had to delay the trip.
