Materials pertaining to Hugh Grogan's 1977 run for City Council in Ward 5. This was Grogan's second attempt at a run for city council and ultimately ended with him getting the position. Materials include a card detailing the date of the election and two flyers detailing information on the Ward 5 run-off.
