A program for the 16th Annual Spring Bathtub Race held in May of 1982. The program contains a letter from the Bathtub Racing Association, listing of the winners of the last Spring and Fall races, a listing of all participating bathtub racers and details of the tubs, and a map and time/mileage conversion chart for the race.
