A program for the 14th Annual Spring Bathtub Race held on May 11, 1980. The program contains a letter from the President of the Bathtub Racing Association, presentation of the Larry G. Cuba award, the initiation of the Rookie of the Year Award, history of the bathtub races, a listing of all participating bathtub racers and details of the tubs, and a map and time/mileage conversion chart for the race.
