    Professor Scott Tippens of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology (ECET) Department discusses opportunities for applied learning at SPSU. He describes how an annual international submarine robotics competition provides an opportunity for SPSU students to utilize skills from different aspects of the ECET program.
