This item is an issue of the Cobb Community News published in October 3, 1975. The Cobb Community News, along with other newspapers such as the Cobb News and the Brimstone Chronicle, were relatively short-lived publications that existed during the 1970s. These publications expressed the needs and viewpoints of the black community in Cobb county and its neighboring counties during the long civil rights movement era.
