Al Caproni was president when the organization transitioned to become the Freedom Park Conservancy. Designing the road and park took place during Caproni's Tenure. "The Bridge" sculpture was originally planned for the front of the Carter Center, but a DOT rep. called to say installation could not happen at Carter Center. | |
