Zion Baptist Church Photograph Collection

 

This collection of forty-two digitized photographs was donated by Mr. George Williams, a long-time member of Zion Baptist Church. The photographs mostly document the transition of Zion Baptist Church into a new sanctuary during the 1977-1978 year. Other photographs include candid shots of Williams family members and other events that help to document African American life in Marietta during the latter half of the twentieth century.
